UYOONE FOR CHANGE, a socio-political group under the All Progressives Congress in Akwa Ibom State, inaugurated members of its National Executive Council in Uyo today, October 12, 2017 at Nsima Ekere Campaign Ground, Edet Akpan Avenue.

Chairman of occasion, Hon Dr Emeyak Ukpong, fmr House of Reps member and fmr President of ASUU UNIUYO said, “Akwa Ibom people are dissatisfied with the performance of Deacon Udom Emmanuel, and so we need a change of government”

Apostle Dr John Okoriko during his exhortation noted that HE Nsima Ekere is an Excellent personality that everyone likes across political parties and will receive a wide acceptance by Akwa Ibom people if he indicates interest in the gubernatorial race.

The cleric also said “Nsima’s capacity is worthy of note as he’s currently overseeing the growth of nine(9) states”

The National President, Prof Etok Ekanem in his speech said, “Akwa Ibom State today needs a Leader with the right Vision, Mentality, Temperament, Drive, Courage, Strength of Character, Self-Discipline, Experience, Zeal and Clarity of Purpose.

A Leader with the fear of God, who has respect for the people, humility to serve, rescue and take the state into a new era and dimension of growth and prosperity.

The people must rise together to Rescue the State and liberate themselves. This Is The Mission of ONE FOR CHANGE”

The executive members were officially sworn in by the Commissioner of Oath, Barr Daniel Ekop.
